Chris was in the kitchen today and after fattening up our guests with poached eggs, pancakes and omelets he unleashed the fury of 1000 suns, channelled the gods of spicy goodness and made the sacred chipotle cream sauce. Poured over poached eggs and scallion potato cakes was almost too much for us all to handle. After we ate we closed the Inn and took naps.
